Citronnade aux baies

The fizz on this one is perfect, and the mix of blueberries and raspberries with the lemonade tastes like a fancy summer drink but without the sugar crash. I grabbed it for a hot afternoon and it hit the spot instantly.

This is my third bottle this week. The blueberries and raspberries actually come through against the lemonade instead of getting lost, and it’s genuinely thirst-quenching, not syrupy like a lot of kombuchas. I keep grabbing it instead of a soda.

Took a sip after mowing the lawn and the cold lemonade base with those berries is exactly the nostalgic summer taste I was after. The blueberry and raspberry mix doesn’t get lost, the fizz stays crisp to the last drop.
